We could not have been any happier with our short summer holiday spot and with this hotel, great location directly at the lake with a small private beach area, very very clean rooms with a brand new bathroom, great service and delicious food from the breakfast menu to Tapas for lunch to the rich dinner menu and the local beers offered. Also, super friendly and helpful staff who help with all the additional needs we had when travelling with a small child.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Das Personal war von A bis Z sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig und sauber. Lage und Aussicht genial!! Das Essen war Gourmet vom feinsen und auch das Frühstück ist super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock bot direkte Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Man schaut über den Pool und ein Nachbargebäude. In den unteren Stockwerken sieht man nur wenig vom See, der nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt liegt. Parkplätze gibt es oben, die Tiefgarage kostet zusätzlich. Gegessen wird draussen am Pool oder drinnen und das Essen war immer sehr gut. Die Zimmer bieten guten Komfort mit Klimaanlage, Platzangebot, Kaffeemaschine, Safe, Steckdosen und Minibar. Auf dem Balkon sind 2 bequeme Liegen und Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, ausserdem gibt es elektrisch verstellbare Markisen gegen zu viel Sonne. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Pool - oder auch der See - bietet bei Hitze gute Abkühlung, die Liegen am Pool sind sehr bequem. Das Hotel bietet diverse Zusätze wie Massage, Ausflüge.

This is a hidden gem! Brissago with only 5 minutes away from Locarno and Ascona, is settled in a lush tiny bay. The hotel itself is adjacent to the water and built in a traditional italian landhouse style with an indoor and a large outdoor pool (and aircon everywhere). We had both breakfast, a large choice of fresh made individual items, and dinner with homemade italien delikatessen. Christian and Maria both made our morning and evening with their heartfelt service. We also got to meet the managment couple who seemed to be around all day long. We will be back and let me tell you my fellow americans: Skip Locarno and Ascona and Rest assured, Brissago has it all.

Cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous venons dans cet établissement. Depuis env. 3 ans la cuisine laisse à désirer. Durant notre dernière séjour, ce n’était carrément pas bon: faute de goût et de maîtrise du cuisinier. De plus, les abords de la piscine était infestés de pucerons. Globalement, nous avons été très déçus et nous n’allons pas revenir. Après plus de 10 ans, le directeur nous a proposé uniquement de revenir manger et de nous offrir le repas si nous n’étions pas contents (encore). Honnêtement, cette proposition n’en n’est pas une ! Plus positif, le personnel est très sympa et l’emplacement top: c’est gros gâchis !

Cosa dire? Siamo stati, per la prima volta, in questa Struttura e ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia. Abbiamo optato per una Junior Suite Lago Ovest con una splendida vista sul lago. È stato tutto perfetto: dall'assistenza prearrivo, alla camera, alla colazione (super), alla cena presso il Ceasar. Una menzione a parte per la straordinaria cortesia di tutto il personale.

Hatte ein shr schönes Zimmer, Junior Suite Süd. Polstergruppe, Sekretär, Balkon mit 2 Liegen und Tisch. Grosses Badezimmer schön und Zweckmässig mit grosser Dusche und Dusch WC. Des Personal überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant mit guter Küche und schöner Weinkarte. War mit allen Leistungen sehr zufrieden.

Très bel hôtel avec un bon emplacement. Chambre spacieuse et très propre et un grand balcon avec magnifique vue sur la piscine et le lac. Personnel très sympa. Piscine intérieure et extérieure avec sauna et hammam. Me réjoui d’y retourner une prochaine fois.
